As Seen In
There are a few people who I talk about often in my articles. Here’s a quick bio of each:
Jay: aka TheHubs. This is my guy. We’ve been together since 1998. He’s the ying to my yang. We love movies, adventure, and lifehacking. It’s almost creepy how well we can read each others minds.
Kit: aka Kit Kat, my 6 yo nephew. If I ever need a laugh, I just need to hang around him for a minute, and he’ll tackle me with a “Chachi (Auntie), did you know…” or “Can we do this…” He once asked me if I could find him a toy lightsaber, but definitely not a real one, because those can hurt people, and he just wants to play.
Henry: aka Oh Henry, my 2 yo nephew. Picture a baby Mowgli from the Jungle Book, and you have Henry. He currently happily babbles to us, thinking we’re totally fluent in baby-gibberish.

I’m absolutely excited to say that Gift the Code, sponsored by Capital One, is BACK for a second year! Last year’s event was amazing to witness. I was humbled to see so many coders, designers, and data driven engineers collaborating in groups of five or six to build much needed and functional social awareness applications. […]
Prodigy Game, a local start-up out of Burlington, Ontario, has quickly become one of Canada’s fastest growing tech companies after developing a fantastic online game to help your kids want to learn math. While I’m writing this out, Kit is playing Prodigy Game on our Android tablet, and is so excited that he’s made it […]

Sometimes, all a person needs to get their right foot onto the path of a promising career is proper business attire. Donate your gently used clothing to someone who needs a bit of help to a better future.
